Noddy Prize Draw Details:

  1. Entry is by invitation, and is open only to nurseries/schools of the United Kingdom and the British Islands.
  2. One entry per nursery/school.
  3. Those not connected to a nursery/ school, employees of arc or of other companies connected with the running of the Draw (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
  4. Entry into the prize draw is through registering for the Noddy Appeal mini-walk.
  5. All entries must be received by 20/06/2008.
  6. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost in the post, or that are not delivered by the Closing Date.
  7. Illegible entries will be disqualified.
  8. There is no obligation to enclose a donation to arc to be eligible for any of the prizes.
  9. Winning entries will be selected at random from all those received by the Closing Date, and prizes will be awarded in order of value. One Grand Prize (Noddy Visit), one First Prize (Noddy Pedal Car), two Second Prizes (2 x Hampers with Noddy Products value £95). 
  10. Noddy visit to be arranged within 6 months of prize allocation.
  11. Winners will be notified by telephone or post within 8 weeks of the Closing Date and   
  12. Details of winners and prizes will be sent to anyone supplying a stamped addressed envelope to: arc Noddy Appeal, Copeman House, St Mary’s Court, St. Mary’s Gate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S41 7TD, and will be available from the 4th August.
  13. arc reserves the right to use the name(s) of the winner(s), in an abbreviated form, and a photograph in any future marketing programmes related to the arc Noddy Appeal.
  14. This Prize Draw is run in strict accordance with the guidelines of the Direct Marketing Association.
  15. Specifications of prizes may be changed. 
  16. No cash alternative is available.
  17. If any clause is deemed for whatever reason to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from these terms and conditions and all remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect
