The Arthritis Research Campaign collects personally identifiable information on this website from visitors who are requesting information, making donations or participating in promotional or fundraising events. Types of personally identifiable information we collect are names, email addresses, demographic data and credit card details.

We assign web browser cookies to enhance each visitor's use of our website. Cookies are used for saving small amounts of information such as user settings and, where applicable, shopping basket contents.

We also use web log analysis tools to understand the performance of our website. These tools are designed such that personally identifiable information is not saved in web logs.

User consent

Personally identifiable information is collected only from website visitors who voluntarily submit it. Visitors who no longer wish to receive information that was requested can opt-out by contacting us*. Visitors may also request that their submitted personally identifiable information be updated or deleted at any time by sending a request to info@noddyappeal.org.uk*.

Visitors can configure their browsers to refuse cookies. However this will restrict access to the on-line ordering sections, visitors may however use traditional postal methods to submit orders, see those sections of the website for further information.

Information distribution

In the normal course of business, no information collected or stored on our website is shared with any third party organisations unless there is a specific indication that the information may be used in this way. In these cases there will always be an opt-out option available.

* As emails and facsimiles are not secure transmissions, the Arthritis Research Campaign cannot ensure the protection of your privacy using these communication methods. You may alternatively contact us using traditional postal methods.
